Returns
We have a no refund policy. No return, or exchange is accepted unless eligible. Also, note that our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase (beginning the day the item is delivered), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet at least one of the following conditions:
- The graphic is not identical and doesn't look the same as the one on our website.
- The product was damaged during transportation.
- You received a different product from what you originally ordered.
If any of the above is proven, keep in mind that your item must remain unused and in the same conditions in which it was received and must be in the original packaging.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
So please make sure you order the right size T-shirts, Hoodies, Pants and all wearable printed items, including bracelets.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cephascatraye1@gmail.com and send your item to: 5518 Cedar St (Apt: 1) OMAHA Nebraska US 68106.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to: 5518 Cedar St (Apt: 1) OMAHA Nebraska US 68106.
Once we receive the product, and approve your return & exchange, we'll send you an email containing a free return label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
